Reiki Level One — Course Content
Reiki Level One is traditionally known as Shoden, “The Entrance” or “The Awakening”. During the first stage of your Reiki training the emphasis is on Reiki for you.
This course teaches you the process of giving Reiki to yourself, friends and family. This 2 day course will energise and relax your body, mind and soul whilst you receive and give a full Reiki treatment.
The History of Reiki & The Reiki Principles
Learn how Mikao Usui, the founder of Reiki, developed Reiki as a holistic system of natural healing that can help you to heal physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. It connects you deeply to yourself and also to something that is greater than yourself.
You will also learn the Reiki Principles that were practiced by Mikao Usui, and are useful guidelines for you to follow in your daily life. They help to enhance your feelings of happiness and satisfaction.
Reiki hand positions for treating yourself and others.
Learn the simple hand positions for treating yourself with Reiki. Enjoy doing self treatments straight after the course. You can also share Reiki with others such as your family, friends and pets.
An individual Reiki Level One attunement
This Reiki attunement, or initiation is life changing as this connects you with Reiki. It enables you to practice Reiki on yourself and others.
During the course you give and receive a full Reiki treatment. Enjoy the peaceful feeling of giving and receiving Reiki. Delight in the wonderful sensation of Reiki warmth building in your hands.
A comprehensive manual and certificate
Enjoy delving into your take home manual. It’s a great reference for you to keep after the course. You also receive your certificate of completion of the First Degree of Reiki.
Follow up support via email and phone will be available for you after each Reiki course and you are welcome to attend our Reiki meetup groups which are a great opportunity for you to share and receive Reiki.
You will receive a 21 day e-course to further support your Reiki practice.
Group Classes or One to One Teaching
Group classes are kept to a maximum of 4 students to ensure that you receive individual support and attention.
